This Privacy Notice describes how Milni Collective ("Milni," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, mobile application, and any related tools, features, or functionality (collectively, the "Services"). 1. Who We Are / Scope

Milni operates in New York, New York. The Services are intended for users located in the United States. If you are outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored in jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from those of your location.

Milni is not intended for minors under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us personal data, please contact us at support@milnicollective.com to request deletion.

Information You Provide Directly

When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:

  • In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information.
